    I have been using this plate since July …5 times a week. I split my workouts into 3 sections legs arms and stomach. My diet consists of food control so that
    I can eat everything in moderation as I’m not good with diets you follow. This plate is excellent as I have had hip surgery and I am limited on mobility so this easier for me. I have dropped 2 dress sizes and 10kg !!! Excellent for weight loss for those who are disabled like me. Also you can achieve weight loss without spending thousands on personal trainers and gym !!!     This is a great vibration machine, it has 99 speeds and 9 preset programs – you can really feel it in your legs & bottom, You only use it for a maximum of half an hour each day because of the intensity of the machine.
    It also has resistance bands that attach to each side of the machine so you can tone your arms & also a set of resistance bands you can put round your legs to help with the workout. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who would like to tone up.

    I purchased this in seeking something to relieve my ongoing symptoms of lower back pain, fibromyalgia, arthritic pain in knee. I’m aged 63. I was a little apprehensive about using it and wasn’t really convinced it would help, but felt it worth trying. However, I was pleasantly surprised that after using it for only 5mins each time for 3 sessions per day, over a few days, I’m already feeling some pain relief. I’m more flexible and my posture is better too. There are great options for using the product, with the pre set programmes plus you can set the timer and speed independently, plus alter these setting mid use. The remote is a definite plus also, so you don’t have to bend down to operate. The actual plate is a really good size, which is non slip where you stand. I have mine on a carpet and it’s very quiet.
    I would definitely recommend this product.

    Absolutely feel motion throughout; I love how the Vibration Plate shows where when placing feet closer to outer edge (running), next jogging, and in the middle, walking. Vibration feels like a full body massage; resistance bands add a nice touch; and will soon be ready to use the mini bands that come with it. A little tingling after the a out 10 minutes or so, which is merely oxygen flowing through the veins from brain, and eventually it goes away in minutes. Depending on how often used, tingling will be gone for good. Great purchase well worth every dollar contributing to a healthier lifestyle. Finish up with a Skinny Green smoothie.
